The park, a local community initiative and winner of many awards, including “Project Greenleaf” in 1993, is an ideal venue for the festival as it provides ample parking, huge lawn areas for machinery and truck displays, with the magnificent backdrop of the southwest forests and the beautiful Hartz Mountains.
